Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Open Mat + No Gi classes added to Saturday

Starting Saturday, January 6th Brazilian Mike will be teaching No Gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and have Open Mat on Saturdays from 9-11 a.m.

Congratulation to Tyler Smith! We are proud to name him Hong Martial Arts 2005 Student of the Year. Tyler is 8 years old and has lost over 30 pounds in 10 month by changing his eating habits and training hard. Not only is he a great student but he made the decision to change his life and he did, which is both inspiring and incredible for a child that young. Belt Testing on Saturday, Feb 26th at 1:00 p.m. upstair in the Katy Kavins Center - Master Jacob Hong and Grand Master Young Hong will be coming from Chicago to help judge the promotion.

Belt Testing on Saturday, April 24th at 1:30 p.m. - Master Jacob Hong will be coming from Chicago, IL to help judge the promotion.

Update: Master Jacob Hong said everyone looked good and noted that Jeremy Border, Michael Holland, and Jason Stobaugh looked extremely sharp. Congratulations to all who were promoted.
